A Richmond native, Dylan now resides in Glen Allen, VA with his dog, Ruby. He enjoys reading, watching movies at the local theater, as well as playing volleyball with friends (alongside coaching at his alma mater, Glen Allen High School!).

Dylan joined the RMC Events family in 2013 and in his time with the company has worked many venues across the Commonwealth. In the summer of 2015 he became more involved with the logistics side of large scale events such as NASCAR, The State Fair and the Field Day of the Past.

In the fall of the same year, Dylan joined the Business Department where he is responsible for invoicing and assists with payroll while still providing event logistics support. Dylan has a knack for identifying inefficiencies in work systems and then developing processes for eliminating those inefficiencies.
