Originally from Chesterfield, Virginia, Devan is a proud Double Duke of James Madison University. Devan graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and in May 2023 with her Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Leadership. Before joining the RMC Events family full-time, Devan worked in the Office of Admissions at JMU as an Assistant Director.

Currently residing in Staunton, Virginia, when she isn’t working, she spends time in the Queen’s City, working on home improvement and cheering on the Dukes.

Devan joined the RMC Events family in 2017 as a part-time Event Staff member. In August of 2022, she joined the Front Office Staff as an Assistant Account Manager for the Western Region in Harrisonburg. As an Account Manager, Devan manages personnel and operations for various clients in the Harrisonburg and New River Valley Regions, including JMU Athletics.

At the end of 2023, Devan was promoted to Senior Account Manager of Western Events for her hardwork and dedication!
