Bryan graduated from Old Dominion University in August 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Psychology with a minor in Management. Before joining the RMC family, Bryan worked for JUMP Trampoline park in Charlottesville and Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. When he is not working an event, Bryan is usually spending time with his girlfriend and cat at home or spending time with family.

Bryan joined RMC Events in February 2019 as a Part-Time Event Staff member and in August 2021 joined the Front Office in the role of Operations Coordinator / Assistant Account Manager for the Western Region. In this role, Bryan is responsible for overseeing events primarily within the UVA Athletic department and maintaining necessary equipment for events across the Western Region. 

In 2023, Bryan was promoted to Account and Operations Manager for our western events!
